We founded Vertrage because we believe the world needs more efficient projects, and the people who own and build those projects need better tools to manage them. The stakes are high: Energy, utilities, datacenters, hospitals, airports. The infrastructure supporting modern life.

These projects are constantly beset by delays and cost overages. Change orders pile up. Executives rush through reviews or delay them for weeks. Money slips through the cracks, schedules drag on, and costs are passed to consumers. We believe there's a better way.

Vertrage exists for everyone who signs a capital project contract: the owners who fund the work and the contractors and suppliers who deliver it. Every dispute is money spent arguing instead of building. When each party understands its contract, fewer projects end in dispute, and more of the budget goes into the ground.
